| What to pack for a hiking/backpacking/fishing/camping trip??? This
reminder list will help you get prepared for a great backcountry trip.
However, remember that it is only meant to serve as a guide/reference tool; some
items are necessities and others are luxuries. Each trip is different- make sure you
know your abilities, limitations and the type of terrain and conditions you will be
facing; be in good physical shape before you leave. The final responsibility
for safe travel in the backcountry is yours and yours alone. Take only pictures and leave only footprints!
