Cabin, Ranch House and Motel Rentals!

We have several spots here in the Frazier Park area for booking weekend or week-day recreational lodging locally.  The locations shown below are examples.  NOTE:  WE NORMALLY NEED 5 TO 7 DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE TO RESERVE.   SOME LOCATIONS HAVE A 2 NITE MINIMUM.  NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS REQUIRED ON ALL RENTALS; AMOUNTS VARY, DEPENDING ON WHAT THE OWNER WANTS.

Get all of the info together that is shown at the bottom of this page.  When you are ready to seriously pursue a reservation, call our Toll Free Reservation # With Your Credit Card Info.  A prepaid, Non-Refundable Fee of $15 is required for us to pursue a reservation for you.  Reservations require much of our time, long distance phone calls and other work.  It is not realistic for us to do so without being paid for our work and expenses up front, so we don't have to haggle with cabin/motel owners or realtors for our funds.

Motels- Motel rooms in the area generally run from $45 to $65 dollars. 
(1) Downtown Frazier Park; Older but clean.  6 rooms.
(2) Downtown Frazier Park; 8 Rooms; Newer.
(3) In Lebec- 50 Rooms by I-5.  5 years old.

B & B- In Pine Mtn. Club.  Sleeps up to 6 people.

Alpine-Style Lodge in PMC:

Spacious rooms- $69 and $89 plus tax.  The four Jeffrey Rooms are located on the ground floor and have
wheelchair access. The four Ponderosa Rooms upstairs are larger in size, and have the same beautiful custom decor.  Additional features include Vaulted pine ceiling, Wood burning fire place, Jetted tub and can sleep 4.

B&B in PMC:

Spacious Rooms with Mountain Views and a "Country Like" Feeling
Room Rates:
Room #201 Housekeeping Suite ... $85.00 plus tax
Room #202 ... $65.00 plus tax
Room #203 ... $65.00 plus tax

Private Ranch- Group Lodging or Private B&B:

This 300-acre ranch has a quiet, housekeeping ranch house that sleeps up to 8 people.   Use of the premises is also allowed.  Kitchen and dining facilities.   Hiking, Fishing, Camping available.  Prices start at $200 per nite, with a two nite minimum on weekends.

Cabins- Local cabin rentals run from $85 to $200 per nite, depending on # of people, # of bedrooms, facilities, etc.  Send us the info below for a quote.
