shipping address & zip code. We will confirm availability, pricing of the
product and shipping costs back to you. Sometimes we will only be able to give
you a preliminary shipping estimate, depending on final shipping weight and
size.
2. Include all of your phone/fax/email #’s so we can
contact you if there is a problem with your order.
3. Call us toll free at 866-494-3175 or via our regular phone line with
your credit card info, or send us a check or money order to the mailing address
