HELP WANTED!
WEBSITE RETAILING SUBCONTRACTOR OR SALES MANAGER
Our company's owner is retiring and would like to subcontract our online retail and internet-based sales operations or hire a commission-only paid Sales Manager for same. We are looking for an experienced or capable, trainable person or business who can deal with our suppliers and customers. This person or company will deal with ordering inventory, handle phone calls & customer service, document orders, process order payments, ship or dropship merchandise and complete all sales activities. Subcontract will be for 60% of net profits commission. If employee-commissioned, commission rate is negotiable. Commission will be calculated against the net profit from those sales. This percentage is profit-sharing and performance-incentive-based, and will increase with increasing gross annual sales volume targets. Such a percentage will be dependant on experience and on assuming immediate full responsibility for all of our online retail & revenue-generating operations. We will also consider a website partnership buy-in.
The majority of our merchandise is sold on a dropship basis from our suppliers, but we also stock inventory in-house for our ongoing retailing activities. Our retail operations, inventory, tradename & trademarks for Frazier Ski & Pack in Frazier Park, Calif. are for sale for $35,000.
Excellent potential. Internet and website knowledge, self-motivation, familiarity with outdoor recreation & equipment is a plus.
Our companion website, www.california-recreation.com is also available for sale or for developing subcontracted retail operations from. www.shopoutdoors.com would also be considered for sale for the right situation and for cooperative ongoing non-retail activities related to that website.
Our shopoutdoors website hits average approximately 8 million per year. Additional supporting statistics are available on request, as well as full details of the subcontracting commission percentage arrangements, sales targets and scale and clarification of NET PROFIT calculations, including expenses involved in those calculations.
