UPS GROUND SHIPPING DETAILS

Shipping Details
For domestic orders we usually use UPS GROUND shipping to our customers. Calculate the cost of sending your packages within the United States below.  NOTE- WE ALSO ADD A HANDLING CHARGE ON OCCASION.

We also use FEDEX, as do some of our suppliers for drop-shipping we request.  Overnite, 2 Day and 3 Day services are also available at a higher cost.

UPS Ground reaches every address throughout the 48 contiguous states.  UPS shipments are insured against loss, damage, or rifling up to $100.00 at no additional cost.

Shipping Information
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 4 days of receipt. Orders placed on Friday thru Sunday will be processed the following Monday.  Orders placed after 2:00pm(PST) the day before a holiday will not be shipped until the next scheduled business day (M-F).   Please allow 15 business days for a "ground", package to arrive once it has shipped.

USPS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For International orders, we offer USPS Global Express Mail (EMS) International shipping to our customers, or regular mail service.  You can calculate the cost of sending your packages outside the United States at www.usps.com .

Global Express Mail™ (EMS) is a reliable high-speed service for mailing time-sensitive items to more than 175 countries and territorial possessions. It provides customers with expeditious handling and delivery on an "on demand" basis.

Shipping Information
Orders are generally shipped within 24 - 72 hours of receiving order. Orders placed on a Friday, Sat. or Sun. will be processed the following Monday.  Orders placed on the day before a holiday will not be shipped until the next scheduled business day (M-F).   Please allow at least 21 business days for a USPS ground package to arrive once it has shipped.  EMS shipments are insured against loss, damage, or rifling up to $500.00 at no additional cost.

The maximum weight limit for EMS shipments varies by country, ranging from 22 pounds to 70 pounds, but most countries have a 44-pound maximum weight limit. See the "EMS Rate Group" column and the "EMS Maximum Weight Limit" column in the Country Listing for the EMS rate group and maximum weight limit that apply to each destination country.

Accepted Orders
If the BILL TO and SHIP TO address for international orders do not match they will be verified by email to prevent fraudulent orders.
