General Instructions & Info:

We ship nationwide to dealers.  To apply to become a member of our great network of dealers:

1. Send us a description of your business.  Include a map of your location- WE PROTECT OUR EXISTING DEALERS WHO HAVE STOREFRONTS.  If you are applying to become an online dealer, send us your website info and all other applicable dealer or affiliate info requested below.

2. Complete and email or fax the info on the Dealer Application shown below to us:  (Complete as much info as possible for Internet Dealer Accounts/Affiliates.) 

3. For Internet Orders being drop-shipped direct to your customer, fill out the info on the Internet Order Form below BEFORE calling, faxing or emailing the order to us.  There is a $25 order minimum on all drop shipments.  Drop shipments require payment via your dealer credit card before shipping.  Returns are to be made to the dealer for handling, not to us.  Add 3% Drop Ship Fee to Product cost, for shipping, boxing, labeling and handling costs.   YOU NEED TO INCLUDE THAT COST WHEN QUOTING PRICES TO YOUR CUSTOMER, SO THEY, NOT YOU, PAY THE COST.

4. All returns must be pre-approved.  No returns accepted on discounted, sale, second or closeout merchandise. 

5. C.O.D. charges, if any, will be added to the merchandise invoice.

6. Add an additonal 5% to the product cost invoice for RUSH orders.

7. Print out, fax or email orders to us on the Dealer Order Form shown Below.

8. Shipping: We ship via UPS or FEDEX.  No Freight is charged on orders over $300. 

9. Initial orders for new dealers:   Minimum opening order is $150.00.

10. Small Orders:  After the initial order, there is no minimum order, but a $2.00 service charge is levied on all orders less than $100 sent to storefront dealers.
